One day plein air event and I had done one other large painting already. I was struggling to find a subject that excited me. Mostly I was just tired. I had passed this building several times and finally stopped and told myself…”This is it. Get to work” I’ve always liked this painting and am glad I didn’t stop after doing just one that day.
