- Clarion, PA is my hometown. Since I had a local show coming up I wanted to do some local paintings. Clarion has some great alleys and that was how I got around when growing up—via the back streets. So this back alley bar/restaurant with the colorful signage and back-alley vibe seemed the perfect place to start.
