An uninspiring, rainy, gray day for plein air painting but when you are at an event, you go out and find something to paint anyway. This little town reminded me of my hometown and so I wanted to do a painting here. Luckily the rain let up just long enough for me to get this painting in. It was fun to try to represent that rainy quality.
