Industry and nature are interesting bedfellows. About 2 miles from my home is a state park. Nice views of the river with big ships heading to and from the port, nice walking/biking path, an Amtrak rail on the other side and a DuPont plant (now defunct in 2018) down the way.
As odd as all that sounds, at sunset on a summers evening, I found this scene quite beautiful.
