Plein Air Season has begun! ....and this year has been a rough start! RiverTowns Plein Air changed their format so painters could paint anytime in the month of April. Great! So many options... but the weather was SO unpredictable, every time I made plans to paint it would be rainy or so windy it'd be impossible. I did finally get a few consecutive days in but it was tough. One day I ended up just scouting and sketching. I was disappointed at first but in the end it was and advantage. The following day I had such a plan, I could just go paint! Sometimes going with the flow works out! Here are the paintings I did...At the moment of writing this, these are on view in Marietta, PA through May 18, 2025. After that date, any unsold paintings will find their way to my website.
